Commercial Development Manager
Emily is your office matchmaker! She’ll work with you to find a space that fits your budget, suits your style and flexes as your business grows, with support on hand every step of the way.
Emily loves sunny days, is powered by chocolate and thinks stationery should always match – just like you and your office space.
Scott Dickson
Commercial Development Manager
Scott takes care of sales and renewals for Gateshead and Sheffield. As he was once an office broker, he understands how difficult finding the ideal office space can be and aims to make it as easy as possible with Flexico.
Scott claims to know the flag of almost every country in the world, which has proved very useful in some pub quizzes over the years.
Tina Hann
Bristol Centre Manager
Tina keeps Argentum House running smoothly every day and is always ready to catch whatever the site throws her way. She’s passionate about great customer experiences and creating an innovative and future-ready site.
Tina is obsessed with coffee and can track down a good coffee from 50 metres away!
Louise Hall
Gateshead Centre Manager
Louise manages our YBN building in Gateshead, overseeing daily operations, seamlessly supporting our clients and building great relationships with everyone on site.
Louise organises family holidays with such precision that they run smoother than most tour companies.
Simon Griffiths
Sheffield Centre Manager
Simon leads daily operations and is on-site point of contact at Courtwood House in Sheffield. As a true Yorkshireman, Simon takes his work seriously, but not himself!
Simon was the Food & Beverage Operations Manager for London 2012 Team GB’s prep camp – to this day, he’s convinced his top-tier service is responsible for some of those gold medals. We’re not arguing.
